Material, compatibility and installation notes
The pallet truck lock is manufactured from high-quality steel in our own facility. Thanks to external electrogalvanizing with blue chromating by a specialist company, it is corrosion-resistant and suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Made in Germany, ISO 9001 certified.
The locking bar is inserted from above into the housing and engages mechanically. To release, the release mechanism is pulled upwards. Easy, fast and operable without tools.
The lock fits manual pallet trucks from the common manufacturers: Jungheinrich, Linde, Toyota, Crown, BT, Pfaff-Silberblau, Hyster, Yale and others. For electric pallet trucks and special models, we verify compatibility individually.
Installation in 5 steps: choose the position on the loading area, use the drilling template, cut the sleeves to length, and fasten with M8 countersunk screws. We recommend grade 12.9 screws and self-locking nuts.
